Land Survey and stakeout

You can find here the most up-to-date and Premium brand equipments of total station and GPS systems to complete our projects as efficiently and accurately as possible.

 

Leveling and volumetric measurements

We have automatic and the latest digital and electronic levels to provide measurements of high accuracy.

We carry out measurements both on maps and in the field, of the volumes of earth necessary for the volumetric data relating to each phase of the jobsite.

 

Technical assistance

We offer an integrate Topographic service which includes the prior work such as checking the land right through to the final data measurements for reports or measurement statements.

 

Management of territory

Our staffs make plans and provide the field data necessary to obtain licenses for the segregation of properties, parceling and reparceling. We mark out expropriations. We provide certificates of area.

And we carry out any activities necessary to resolve land registry disagreements.

 

Boundary surveys

These surveys are carried primarily to determine and establish the legal boundary of real properties.

We certify via drawings, everything necessary to begin the administrative process leasing to the recovery of land.

 

Judicial expertise

For all the topographical services set out above, we provide formal documentation signed by the Ilustre Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Técnicos en Topografía in line with current guidelines such that it can be presented in local authorities and other public bodies.

 

Drafting services

We perform all types of sketches and drawings in 2D with AutoCAD, diagrams of installations, plans of dwellings, plans for the refurbishment of commercial premises and modifications to plans in general.

 

Mesurement of interiors

Our company has the most advanced technology for the measurement with lasers to obtain the data of any space, however inaccessible it may be.  We create drawings of dwellings without any area affection.

 

Landscaping

We make topographical plans as the basis for the work of decorators and later transfer their design proposals to the site.
